I was lucky enough to be able to reserve this home off plan, being only one of two of this design built by Bellway Homes it had everything I was looking for, space, location & the private position.
I have had a second en-suite shower room & walk in wardrobe built since moving in as well as a few other additions. I have kept the property in good order. The middle floor is by far my favourite space, having two great sized rooms and pleasant outlook.
The position has been fantastic, set back from the road it is easy to pass by without noticing the front door. Now the need for a city centre location is not so important so I have decided it would be nice to live in a semi rural location
