To be quite frank, we moved here for the schools which was what was important to us at the time. The house was brand new and we loved it as soon as we saw it, the layout was wonderful and as we have four children the space was really useful. We spend a little time downstairs but the children are quite happy to be in their rooms as they are such good sizes and with the amount of bathrooms and toilets we all have our own privacy and independence and the morning rush is certainly less stressful.
