We were initially attracted to this property by the amount of space that is offered for the budget we had. It is particularly easy for us to access the motorway within a few minutes by car and everything that we need, such as the dentist, hairdressers and shops are all very close by.
Broomhill Park is just at the end of the road and is ideal for getting some fresh air or for walking our dog.
We have made lots of improvements to the property recently such as installing a new boiler last year, re-decoration and fitting stained glass panelled period doors internally. We have been extremely happy here over the last eight years and I'm sure the new owners will enjoy our home as much as we have.
