I chose this property because of the location. It's very easy to walk to the local train station and you can just about drive anywhere and be on the North Circular within minutes. There is no parking restrictions on the road which makes it easy to find somewhere to park of an evening. Since I have been at the property I have freshened up the kitchen, added high quality oak laminate flooring to the hallway and generally improved the cosmetic aspect of the house. I love the high ceilings and the versatility of the rooms. I am able to offer this home chain free and I hope this house provides many happy memories for the new owner as it has for me.
