When I first bought this house it was as my second home as I was living in London during the week and enjoyed coming down to the seaside to enjoy the sea air and beach walks, the cafes and bars at the harbour, the community feel here is wonderful.

Initially I used to rent the main house and use the lower ground floor flat as my weekend retreat, but over time I moved into the house permanently, and rented out the flat! The flexible accommodation meant I could have friends to stay at the weekend with plenty of living and bedroom space for everyone. At times I have also rented out rooms to students from the language school opposite.
