Property description
The Old Bakery is a beautifully presented example of a period home which you can move straight into. The property itself is oozing with character and charm whilst offering a modern style with a wealth of space for you and your family to enjoy.
Imagine the whole family at the table in the kitchen/breakfast room with the sun beaming in through the French doors while you eat and enjoy the company of your family. It is even large enough for the extended family too.
Watch the flowers bloom in the mature garden as Summer comes along. Enjoy the bird songs as you walk through the large garden.
Why not take the family for a stroll into the historical town of Faversham, which has a market three times a week and has been there since 1086?
Enjoy the sights and buzz and get involved in some of the towns annual events. Sip on locally brewed beer at the hop festival, talk to the proud owners of vintage vehicles at the classic car show and admire the local beautiful gardens during the secret gardens weekend.
Ospringe Primary School is just a few minutes walk away. A lovely village school with a good Osted report.
All of this, together with the added benefit of off street parking, makes this a truly unique home.
What the Owner says:
The character of this property really sold it for us with plenty of space for our family. Having moved from a modern house, this was a real change for us but we have loved every minute.
When we bought the Old Bakery we knew it would be a project, but we have enjoyed decorating and updating the property. We have loved living here with Our Family, creating some great memories.
This house is in a fantastic location as you will be able to walk into the town and to the train station. There is also great access to the surrounding towns of Canterbury and Sittingbourne via the A2, as well as further afield, with the M2 just a short drive away.
