This home was my first time buy which I bought approximately 14 years ago and the reason why I decided to go for it was the size and value for money that it offered. It was also so close to Dover town and railway station as I was thinking of working in London it was ideal as the fast train goes from there. It’s also easy to walk to town for shopping etc. or even to the sea front from here; there are so many local schools nearby, both secondary and junior. The home needed so much work when I bought it, however over the years I have done everything including new kitchen, new bathroom, plastering throughout, decorating as well as landscaping the garden.
