Property description

If you have been searching for a house to knock you off your feet then they don't come much better than this! With a hugely versatile layout it will suit most needs and it offers a huge amount of space with oodles of charm.

The lower ground floor provides living space which although could be adapted further, provides a great family area and heart of the home. It also leads out onto the pretty, lawned rear garden which provides a welcoming and relaxing environment, perfectly changeable to both family life or weekend entertaining for guests! With two toilets, queuing for the bathroom will be a thing of the past! Although its already a large house, you could maybe look into extending into the loft (subject relevant consents).

With some remaining character features, the wooden floor boards and beautiful bay windows, some updating and redecorating would completely reinstate this house into an incredible family home. On such a quiet residential road, you'd be shocked at just how central you are.

Near a huge range of local amenities including Preston Park, The Duke of York Picture house and Sainsbury's - all under a 10 minute walk. Rail commuters will value the closeness to Brighton Station and car owners will appreciate the effective and affordable residents parking scheme and easy road links out of Brighton.

What the Owner says:

When I lived in the house with my family we really enjoyed the neighbourly community and fantastic location. The main thing however has to be the large room dimensions and different levels which really helped with family life. The views are also breathtaking and when we moved out we really missed them!

I did consider updating the property myself but due to other commitments I have priced the property accordingly and feel its an incredibly exciting opportunity for any potential buyer to undertake!

I wish my buyer every luck in the house and I hope they are as happy as I was here!
