I've lived here for coming up to 10 years. What attracted me to the property immediately was the front of the property it's beautiful. It has a lovely porch where I enjoy sitting on the bench still warm in the winter sun with a fragrant coffee looking at the views.

I currently use the 4th bedroom for my work, but could be easily used for various things.

Bolney is such a nice village to live in I am going to miss living here. I'm looking to move closer to my family and hope the new owners enjoy what this house has to offer.
