We have lived here for the past seven years and it has been a great place for our family. I lived in Woodford previously so I knew there were lots of local amenities close by. Over the past seven years we have updated much of the house including added a new porch and new boiler. I think the real strength of this house is the size of the rooms, with the high ceilings and bay windows we never run out of space. I know that some people would look to converting the garage or improving the basement, and I am sure this could be done subject to the necessary planning permission. We can be in Stratford within half an hour or on the North Circular within a matter of minutes, and it only takes about fifteen minutes to walk to South Woodford station.
