We moved to this area as we needed great connections into the City and we wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of our previous location. The house needed total refurbishment but we were up for the challenge from changing the windows shortly after we moved in to re-fitting the bathroom, adding the extension and refurbishing the kitchen, we certainly had our work cut out for us. We lightened up the parquet flooring which we think provides such a richness as you walk through the house. We cannot express how quiet this location is. We will miss our friendly neighbourhood where we have lived for 16 years, but now that our children have grown up and left the house we are retiring to the village life.
