Our children went to school locally so this was the perfect choice of house having two growing boys, it meant they could make their own way to school and live near to their friends. Being so centrally located we have always had their friends over for dinner and to stay so having the third reception room and large bedrooms has always been a blessing for us.
Many a party has been held here over the years we always end up with barbecues in the garden.
We've always fancied living in the neighbouring town but because of the boys school didn't move, now they no longer need to be here for schools we feel it is the right time to move.
We really hope the new owners have as many happy years here as we have.
