We have loved living in this part of Gillingham - not only because the park is close by, but also because it is in a conservation area. We have been so lucky to have wonderful neighbours and even though the property is so close to amenities and transport links, it is so peaceful here. We have enjoyed spending many hours in the summer sitting in the garden. We chose this property largely because of the generous sized rooms, which has been particularly good for working at home. Our favourite space is the large kitchen diner, where we frequently entertain friends and family. We have added loft insulation and insulated beneath the wooden floor in the lounge which makes the house particularly cosy in the winter.
