I love the features of this house and the surrounding area being close to the south downs and the beach at the bottom of the road is great for the grandchildren, we often go rock pooling down there. The large garden was a real plus for us when we bought the place. We love having the family round and firing up the barbecue in the good weather.
This is a really lovely road and we have had some fantastic neighbours over the years, we have really enjoyed living here.
