We have really enjoyed living this family home for 13 years. It is a light and spacious home and it has allowed us to earn extra income by taking in lodgers and students.

Our daughter has enjoyed her independence living on the second floor which is self contained.
The area is lovely, with a feel of living in the countryside despite being so close to Brighton & Eastbourne with the added bonus of being near the sea and enjoying cliff top walks.

I will be sorry to leave my home but it is time for us to down size and we hope whoever buys our home will be as happy as we have been.
