Nearby are Wells Park and Mayow Park, both of which are perfect for walking the dog and/or the children. Head into Forest Hill for the pool, library or Horniman Museum on a rainy Sunday. Transport wise - approximately 10 minutes foot time will have you at either Sydenham or Forest Hill stations, with fast and regular services to London Bridge and Victoria. The London Overground Line will whizz you hither thither - it's proving a real hit and will have you in the City within 20 minutes!
