DIRECTIONS 
FROM CREDITON Take the A3072 road towards Tiverton for approximately 3.5 miles, and take right hand turning at Coffin Tree Cross (as signed Stockleigh Pomeroy). Lake Cottage is the second property situated a few yards along the country lane on the left. 

FROM EXETER Proceed North on the A377 and at the roundabout at Cowley Bridge continue on the A377 towards Crediton. After 1.5 miles turn right signposted Langford and Shute and continue straight on through Langford,Shute and Efford, following the signs for Stockleigh Pomeroy. At Blacksmiths Corner Cross do not turn left into Stockleigh Pomeroy but continue straight on down the hill and the two cottages will be seen shortly after on the right with Lake Cottage being the first cottage.
