We bought this house as an investment and it's worked really well for us. Since we bought it, we have re-decorated throughout, along with new carpeting, vinyl flooring in the bathroom and a new "Aqualisa" shower in the downstairs shower room. One of the reasons we bought this home was the flexibility the downstairs space offered. We also thought that the bedroom sizes upstairs were much better than other houses that we had viewed. We rented the house out for additional revenue. However it is now time for us to move onto new horizons.
