We have spent almost 20 happy years at this house. Our children grew up and attended the excellent schools here and, now that they have flown the nest, we have decided to downsize, although we will stay in Reigate, which we love. During our stay here, we have valued the easy five-minute walk access to the town centre, the huge bonus of its many attractions and , since we travel to London frequently, the handy proximity of Reigate station.
One of our pleasures has been to sit, on an early Summer's evening, out on our decking, with a glass of Sauvignon and watch the birds.
We have also been blessed with wonderfully friendly and helpful neighbours.
