Owners Comments
Owners Comments \"This has been our family home for 19 years, where we have raised our children. Its been a happy home, of which we are only the third owners in almost 100 years. The original owner was the Headmaster of the now Thomas Hardye school, which at the time was the Dorchester Modern School. Sadly we are now looking to down size. We have worked incredibly hard to update and modernise throughout the years, yet maintain the house's originality and features. Including keeping all the original joinery, banisters, Leaded glass entrance porch, original doors with bakelite door knobs. All the carpets throughout the entire property are brand new (March 2016). The boiler is New and still within guarantee. The patio was done only last year. (2015).\"
