About 15 years ago now I found this lovely house for sale and snapped it up quickly. It was a fairly new development and because of its size and the location it ticked all the boxes. I was impressed by the size of the house straight away and having four bedrooms was a great bonus. The fourth bedroom has been a great study but could easily be used as a lovely little nursery for a new born. I feel now the house is just too big for me and it would much better suit a growing family. I have really loved the house for so long and it is a tough decision to downsize but I feel the time is now right. I really hope the new owners will spend many happy years here.
