Property description
Contemporary décor contrasts perfectly with original character features throughout this home. With a rare parking space to the rear, and abundance of storage areas to match the large living spaces, you’ll have everything you need and more to enjoy day to day living and allow your family to grow in this stunning house.
If all of this wasn't enough, there’s even an exciting potential of extending further into the generous loft space!
The open plan kitchen/breakfast room allows the culinary master chef to create the perfect home cooked meal, while still socialising with family or guests as they relax in the dining area. From here you can embrace the feeling of tranquillity as you gaze out of the window across rooftops and along the vast countryside of the South Downs.
Enjoy a more formal meal with the larger, separate dining room, before winding down from the excitement of the day in front of a cosy fire in the sitting room.
At night time, everyone can retreat to their own areas of the house which hold a very private feel as each room is found further and further down the large hallway.
Experience glimpses of history with original stained glass detail on the inner door and exposed wooden floorboards leading through the hall.
Every room in this opulent house truly does hold its own individual charm, from tall ceilings and stunning fireplaces to exposed beams or countryside views.
What the Owner says:
I have loved living here and I'm really sad to have to sell. The position of the house is so convenient, being able to easily walk into town.
The rear access has been an absolute godsend! I really dislike the idea of having to walk through your house with rubbish or with a bike, so it's a real bonus, especially when bringing shopping in from the car right at the back of the garden.
I had reservations about the road before I purchased the house, but since moving in and living here, I'm going to miss its position so much. It's so quiet and I will really miss the beautiful views.
