Mum moved here 7 years ago and the house didn't even hit the market back then. She had expressed to the previous owner that she would love to buy it if the chance ever arose and when the time was right Mum got a phone call and quickly sold the family home in the village to get it. She loved the location as it was always so convenient for her to be just moments from the local shop. Another love of hers back then was gardening so that was another huge attraction for her when she saw the size of the outside space. Newdigate is such a lovely village and where else can you get a choice of two village pubs, a school and a curry house? Not to mention Dorking station just over 5 miles away for direct commuting to London and Gatwick Airport links.
