This has been a great home and, although we have now moved to Ireland, we still hold a soft spot for it. We like the outlook and the space, and there is plenty of parking for our cars and visitors. There are many nice places to take a walk, especially around the lake, and there is a good bus service into town from the end of the Avenue.

Whilst we were settling into our new home, we let this house out and we had a really nice tenant. We think this house would suit most people, especially families with an elderly relative looking to move in with them or those with older teenage children.
