We have really enjoyed living here and had no thoughts about moving. However, we have fallen for a home nearby that really suits us.

Since we moved in, we have had all the electrics updated, added a log burner and changed the fireplace. We have just had new carpets fitted in the hallway, landing and on the stairs. We have also opened up the landing making it feel bright and airy.

If you like going out for a pub lunch, then we would recommend the Botolphs Bridge Inn, as it serves an excellent Sunday roast.

If you need more space, the loft currently has planning permission to add an additional room.
