We were moving down from London as we were planning to have a family and wanted a much better quality of life. We had initially looked at Guildford but the type of properties that we were keen on were just out of our price range. So we started to look at other areas and soon came across Horsham, a lovely market town still only an hour out of the city, with great schools and a low crime rate, everything we wanted.
We also noticed that the properties were much better value for money in Horsham, so it didn’t take us long to find our ideal home in Percy Road, not only was it a Victorian semi, near to Horsham Park, but with four good size bedrooms and a nice size garden it was absolutely perfect for us.
