I bought this property over 35 years ago and over the years have renovated the house from top to bottom.
I was first taken to the property simply due to the location, I always loved the road. After a number of years living here, I decided to extend the house in 1987 to create more space for my growing family instead of moving.
It is short walk from tennis, cricket, rugby and bowls clubs, so there is plenty of social activity on your doorstep.
I am now moving to start a new chapter and hope the new owners will be as happy here as I have been.
