Property description
With attributes sure to appeal to a wide spectrum of buyers this post-war home will cater for most people's needs especially those looking for a family home to spend many a year in. Inside and out the benefits to families come in abundance. All within walking distance you have Folkestone Central Station with fast links to London, Radnor Park, great for recreational use, likewise the Sports Centre and of course not forgetting Folkestone's vibrant town centre with plenty of amenities, the beach and the harbour. It is easy to see how the location can win you over however, it is even easier to see how the house will do this too! Two very generously sized reception rooms allow you to separate family meal times, whether it be Sunday roast or special occasions round the dining table, and time spent either discussing the daily events on the sofa or with your feet up watching the telly. The bay window to the lounge allows the light to cascade in highlighting the wood burning stove which makes a great focal point and on a winter's day this will almost certainly be where everyone congregates as the heat is thrown out and the logs crackle with a golden glow. Space is a common theme where no one should be disappointed which room they end up sleeping in and to suit the family lifestyle in addition to the family bathroom there is a cloakroom to compliment it too.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
This has been our family home for many years and was an absolute pleasure to bring our children up in. The convenience for commuting when we needed to get on the train or on to the motorway couldn't have been any better and with so many schools to choose from we were spoilt for choice for our children.
If we had stayed in our house we had always toyed with the idea of removing the wall between the kitchen and the dining room and if the truth be known we regret not doing it when we first moved here but there is no doubt that once this is done this area would almost certainly become the heart of the home.
