We purchased this property around 18 years ago. The property having been built approximately in 1972 we were the second owners. What appealed to us at the time was the rural location and the potential to adapt it how we wanted. During our time here we have updated the property over time and extended at the front and to the side which has added more space. We will be sad to sell, however, now is the right time to down-size.
