We moved here 10 years ago and even though the house needed everything doing to it, we fell in love with the character and took one look at the inglenook fireplace and knew we had to have it! Since living here we have completely transformed it and kept the wonderful charm at the same time. We also extended which gave us an extra bedroom and the beautiful balcony from which we can marvel at the remarkable views of Boxhill. It's safe to say that you never get tired of breakfast out there in the morning or watching the sunset at night. It really is breath-taking and is certainly something we will miss. We had many other things done including extending the dining room and fitting a new kitchen as well as both en-suites. It's now too big for us and time for to move.
