Having scoured the area for a large family home we struggled to find anything priced under a million pounds that was located close enough to the station. That was until we saw this gem. Although the property needed a lot of work it was reassuring to know that we could do everything to a high quality standard. Our favourite improvement is the loft; not only do we have a small study up there but having a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom allows you that bit of privacy and sometimes makes you feel that you are in a separate household. The area is great with fantastic neighbours surrounding us and a great community as a whole. Although we are now moving, one thing is for certain; we won't be moving far!
