We have lived here very happily for the past 19 years. Prior to this we already lived in the area but needed something bigger. This fitted the bill nicely! Over the years we have made many improvements. The biggest being the extension on the ground floor 10 years ago. This made a huge difference to us as it gave us much bigger living space plus an extra bedroom with en-suite. We added the wood burning stove in the lounge which was a great addition and have found we hardly ever need the heating on since. It is very cosy indeed! We have found the location here good. It is only a 15-20 minutes walk into the City Centre and there is a good bus route.
