It is within easy distance of footpaths, cycle paths, bridleways which are all accessible a short walk from the front door. A choice of beaches are only a short drive away. 

OWNERS COMMENTS There were so many reasons why we fell in love with this property over 20 years ago, and these reasons are still true to our hearts today and it will be a very bittersweet experience when we hand over the keys to the chapel to the next family who will be lucky enough to call this place their home. Wherever we move to after this will have a lot to live up to, both in terms of the accommodation on offer, and the wonderful, peaceful village setting we currently enjoy. It is so convenient being 10 minutes away from Newport and the harbour town of Yarmouth. Shalfleet and Newtown harbours, on a scenic nature reserve are also less than 5 minutes away. It has been a truly special place to live, and it's a great home for entertaining family and friends, and the kids and grandchildren love coming here!!
