This property has been is our lives for the past 20 years! Although it has been rented recently, it will still be sad to see it go as it was an amazing family home for us and we know it will be the perfect home for another lucky family.

We have seen a few different variations of remodelling on the road, some of the neighbours have sought the necessary consents and extended on the ground floor with bi-folding doors leading from the kitchen to the garden. Fully converting the loft would be possible and off street parking at the end of the garden should be possible.

We hope the new owners enjoy the house and the area as much as we have done.
