We have lived here for 10 years and have found it to be a very happy place to reside. Our neighbours are friendly and its a quiet neighbourhood.
Since we have lived here we added the driveway to provide off road parking for two cars. We considered block paving but then came across impregnated concrete drives that don't get any weeds coming through! This proved to be a great decision.
We also added a conservatory and i do enjoy sitting in there in the mornings with my cup of tea enjoying the view of the garden. The pond was here when we arrived and we have enjoyed keeping fish. Should the new owner be interested we'd be happy to discuss selling the fish by separate negotiations.
