Property description

Modern 4 bedroomed semi-detached home in popular location within easy walk to town

DESCRIPTION

This modern semi-detached family home is superbly located in a quiet yet central town development of thirteen 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed homes located just off Deep Lane. The High Street is within easy walking distance and has a wide and diverse range of shops, offices, public houses and restaurants.

The house is built of timber framed construction with brick / block facing, under an insulated tiled roof and benefits from the remainder of a 10 year NHBC warranty, mains gas fired central heating and uPVC double glazing, fascias and guttering. The property has excellent sound and thermal insulation levels which meet the current high standard as required under the latest building regulations and we understand the property is extremely efficient to heat.

The kitchen has been carefully designed and includes a built in hob, double electric oven and a cooker hood with space and plumbing for an automatic washing machine and a dishwasher.

Outside the property enjoys a tarmac driveway enabling parking for two vehicles and an integral garage. At the rear is an enclosed garden which benefits from the afternoon/evening sun.

CREDITON is an old Mid Devon market town with a wealth of history, being situated just 7.5 miles north-west of the Cathedral City of Exeter with the M5 motorway some 3 miles further on.  The town is surrounded by unspoilt farmland in an area of great natural beauty.  There is a regular daily bus service to Exeter plus trains every hour to Exeter and Barnstaple and a local town bus which covers most urban areas.  The town is most famous for its ancient parish church and for being the birthplace of St Boniface in 680 AD.  It has excellent schooling facilities at both senior and junior levels and a sports and leisure centre incorporating a superb swimming pool.  The town has an excellent selection of shops with a Morrisons and a large Tesco superstore/petrol filling station.

DIRECTIONS  From the centre of Crediton turn into Market Street and follow the road into the town square and into Parliament Street. Turn left into Deep Lane (opposite the Library) and proceed for a few yards up the hill and turn right into Albert Road.  Albert Close will be found on the right at the upper end of the road, with number 14 being the first property on the right.
