What the Owner says:
The whole family fell in love with this house on our first viewing and it has been a wonderful family home for the last 12 years. We have made various improvements during our time here, including refurbishing the original sash windows and designing and installing a new kitchen.
Having a south facing garden and balcony has been the icing on the cake, two wonderful spaces to potter around in and to relax and entertain family and friends.
The location is perfect, just a few minutes in to town, the beach and for trips further afield Hove train station is also close by. We will cherish our memories here and wish the new owners the best of luck in their new home.
