Building regulation approval was granted for this design under decision no. BC13/03652/DOMFP dated 02nd December 2013. The consent is subject to twelve conditions. The major conditions involved are as follows:-
The roof and slate hanging shall be traditionally nailed in natural slate
External joinery shall be of timber construction
No heating flues or vents shall be fitted to the external envelope of the building
A planting scheme of landscaping shall be agreed with the Planning Authority
The development must be carried out in accordance with a Tree Protection Plan submitted with the application
A car park area and driveway must be constructed prior to occupation
