What first attracted us to this house was the location. It is very private here and you hardly see anyone.
It's great if you have kids as there is a little green in front to play upon and, in fact, we have sometimes sat out in our front garden as it gets the sun all afternoon and into the evening.
There is a good junior school nearby as well as a Morrisons supermarket and, for commuters, there is a coach stop just around the corner.
After moving in we decided to extend the house and completely renovate it and, in recent times, we have fitted a new shower room and family bathroom and generally redecorated the house ready for its new owners.
