We have lived in 83 Gavestone Road since July 2009 and have found it to be a very quiet and pleasant area.
There is an out door gym in the park at the top of the road and a large area to relax and walk, perfect if you have a dog as well.
Our neighbours are helpful but not intrusive.
Lee train station is a 12 minute walk away or a 5 minute cycle ride. There is a lovely, family friendly, pub outside the station and a range of delightful restaurants. The Co-Op super market is en route from the station and there is a large Sainsbury's in Lee Green. If we were staying in London we would not be considering moving. We are moving to Brighton, so sadly we must leave Gavestone Road.
