Fees are £100 for administration, tenancy agreement, and inventory. Fees for checking references are £50 for each tenant. There is a £50 check-in and out fee at a time of the tenants choosing or at a weekend.
Rent, security deposit, and agency fees are all payable prior to the start of the tenancy.
