Late Rental Payments: when not received within 7 days of the due date and charged for each written reminder. £25 + VAT (£30.00)
Overpayment of Rental: in the event of a standing order not being cancelled upon termination of the tenancy this fee will apply for each transfer of overpaid funds and will be deducted from the overpayment made.£25 + VAT (£30.00)

Copies of Tenancy Agreements requested in addition to the original signed copy provided at the commencement of the Tenancy.£25 + VAT (£30.00)
