Early Termination Fee - £250
This is payable if the landlord agrees to release you from your tenancy before the fixed end date or if you are unable to give the appropriate notice when invoking a break clause that may be in your tenancy agreement. Ending a tenancy early is at the sole discretion of the landlord.

Other Fees and Charges

Lost Security Items - £25 Plus item costs

Call out services - £30 per hour (during business hours) £60 per hour (outside business hours) Plus costs incurred
Where actions of the tenant results in the agent (or contractor) attending the property, time to remedy the situation is charged at prevailing rate.

Professional Cleaning - £20 per hour
Only charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.
