It’s a great area for accessibility. We have the choice of overground and underground – Highams Park Station is within 0.4 miles of the home and Woodford Station is only 1.9 miles away. The house is also within the catchment area of some great schools and local shops are nearby.
We feel the accommodation has a great flow to it. The kitchen/diner is certainly the heart and hub of the home; it’s a space where the family can get together for cooking, eating, relaxing and socialising. The bi-fold doors to the rear extends the inside to the outside, where there is a spacious patio with a water feature. We have enjoyed many a barbecue with friends and family, or relaxing after a busy day, sitting on the patio with a glass of wine.
