This was my mothers home for many years and she very much enjoyed the central location in the Monkhams Estate. It's a very quiet road with only a few houses, so you get a sense of community spirit and it's so nice to know most of the people living up and down your street. I know that the schools in the area are highly regarded and there is an absolute wealth of things to do in your spare time. The balcony off the bedroom at the rear is a lovely place to start the day with a cup of tea and the morning paper. We have de- cluttered and cleared the house and certainly hope it's now in the condition people can move in, re-decorate as they want in time. We are able to offer this property chain free and hope that people submit their sealed bids ready for the closing date 1st September.
