Property description

Originally a post-war detached Bungalow this Chalet style House has been transformed by the current owners and now offers substantial two storey family sized accommodation of up to 5 Bedrooms, all in excellent decorative order throughout. The property has an extremely flexible internal layout to suit individual requirements having been skilfully extended to the side and rear and converted at first floor level. The overall presentation and finishes have been executed to exacting standards, the plaster cornice and coving through the ground floor being an example of this. The property could offer up to 5 Bedrooms if needed but is currently arranged with 4 Bedrooms and a Home Office/Study. This includes 2 ground floor double Bedrooms (one being en-suite), Study/Bedroom, Family Bathroom, Sitting Room, Conservatory, Dining Room and a well fitted Kitchen/Utility. The first floor boasts a Landing/Bedroom that could easily be made independent with the erection of a simple stud wall (subject to consents) and the En-Suite Master Bedroom with Juliet balcony and fitted wardrobes along one wall. There is also a large section of mainly boarded roof space giving excellent storage.

The care and attention to detail given to the interior extends to the garden with a beautifully tended rear garden having outside lighting and a covered terrace for Al Fresco dining.  There is also a useful workshop and a garage.  The block paved driveway provides parking for 3-4 vehicles.  Other features include PV solar panels providing a healthy feed-in tariff, security alarm and security camera system.  \"Viewing essential\" is an often over-used term in Agents' descriptions but it very much applies to this property.  There is no onward chain and viewing certainly is advised!
