When we were looking to buy a house some 18 years ago, we had the children at home and were keen to get a good size property to accommodate us all.
This house instantly appealed to us as it had plenty of space and a great garden. We spend a lot of time outdoors enjoying the garden and it has been ideal for when we've had guests over for BBQ's.
In recent years, we have upgraded the kitchen and having the utility room next to it has been great for keeping the washing out of sight.
