We fell in love with the location of this house and the quality of the build. We can look out over the fields and we have a wonderful sense of tranquillity. The rumours of new houses being built will not affect our views as we have seen the map with the proposed area.

Our daughter and her husband returned from a stint abroad and they needed somewhere to live until they found a home of their own. We still had plenty of space for independence with them using the 1st floor and we had the ground floor. Since they have left we have decided that we do not need as much space as we currently have so we are going to downsize.
