This has been our family home for over 30 years and we have always been exceptionally happy living here. The house is unusual from the point of view of it being on a split level. This actually works really well because the kitchen and the living/dining area are all at the back of the house and, as a result, it is an extremely peaceful place to live. The garden sits down below road level and because the house is detached this gives it a very secluded feel. We renewed the kitchen a couple of years ago and we have always aimed to keep the house up to date and in good order.

There is plenty of parking to the front and we have always found the location to be very convenient for lots of different amenities.
