What's really magic for me is sitting in peace and tranquillity, looking out from the 'throne room' area of the garden.
I am really going to miss this place, after nearly 7 years here. It's so convenient for schools, leisure centre and shops and the neighbours are wonderful. Most of them have been here since the estate was built 30 years ago.
